18/365: “Giant” by Banks & Steelz
Today I started working on my Coachella research. The festival is a safe haven for weird collaborative projectsand this year, there are none more surprising than Banks & Steelz. Comprised of Interpol frontman Paul Banks and Wu-Tang founder RZA, the duo first started working together in 2011 on a one-off collaboration, with no intentions of making an album together. But remember 2016? Anything was possible in 2016 and in August, Banks & Steelz released their full length debut Anything But Words and in just a few months, the two will be playing at Coachella. What a time to be alive.
