31/365: “Hostage” by Klangstof
Any day with a high-quality music discovery is an ok day in my book and today was a high-quality music discovery day. Reminiscent the sprawling soundscapes of artists like Sigur Ros, Radiohead, and The Antlers, Dutch alternative foursome Klangstof’s debut album Close Eyes To Exit is love at first listen.
As massive as it is melancholy, “Hostage” is unmissable.
