Over the weekend I had an opportunity to borrow a friend’s car. Normally, I commute on the Phoenix Valley Metro Bus system (Route 170 represent!). As it turns out my friend’s car is actually a hybrid spaceship. It has a radio that picks up signals from space. They call it XM.
Anyway, I heard this song “Peaches” repeatedly on the independent/college radio channel XMU. I tried to find it on iTunes. Then on Amazon. Nothing.
In The Valley Below is a new project based out of Echo Park, CA. This track “Peaches” and their entire EP are available on their bandcamp page for whatever price you decide to pay. The whole EP is pretty solid but I really enjoy this particular track. Check out them out and support an independent artists!
